Disclosures & Agreements

Upon reciept of payment by the customer (the “Client”), services rendered through Local Site Solutions DBA Your Mortgage Website (the “Company”) are done with full knowledge of the following disclosures.

Payment: Monthly payments for the Premium Package are $99.00, to be billed upon purchase and every month thereafter on the 1st day of each month, until services have been terminated.
Payments may be made to the Company by:

• Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
• Check/Money order sent to 1051 Winderley Place, Suite 204, Maitland, FL 32751-7248

Termination: Termination of services requires a request in one of the following formats:

• Mail to 1051 Winderley Place, Suite 204, Maitland, FL 32751-7248
• Electronic mail (email) to sondi@yourmortgagewebsite.com
• Fax, sent to 407-264-8865

All termination requests must be made in writing, providing client name, date of termination and text confirmation of services to be terminated.

Domains: Domains obtained through the Company are owned and maintained by Local Site Solutions DBA Your Mortgage Website. Ownership of the domain remains with the Company, and are leased on a month-to-month basis for as long as the Client retains business with the Company.

Hosting: The Company is not liable for hosting downtime. Hosting downtime is often beyond our control, and subject to weather, traffic, bandwidth restrictions and provider access  While our host is typically reliable, the Company is not liable for business losses due to hosting downtime or domain nameserver errors.
